Registration fees

Registration (early-bird) from 21 January 2025 to 28 February 2025

  • Regular: 450 EUR
  • Students/Retiree: 325 EUR – Reserved for students enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or Phd student only.
  • Resident in low/middle income country: 350 EUR

Registration (regular) from 01 March 2025 to 15 April 2025

  • Regular: 550 EUR
  • Students/Retiree: 420 EUR – Reserved for students enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or Phd student only.
  • Resident in low/middle income country: 450 EUR

Registration (late) from 16 April 2025 to 05 May 2025, payment requested before 15 May 2025

  • Regular: 650 EUR
  • Students/Retiree: 520 EUR
  • Resident in low/middle income country: 550 EUR

  • Once you finish the registration process, in few days the administration will issue an invoice and payment form which is sent to you by email. Please notice that these are official documents and you are oblied to the payment. Hence in case of any doubt before proceeding with the registration contact us at icors.math@unitn.it.
  • Supported speaker should follow the instructions that you have received by email.
  • The registration fee covers:
    • Light lunches from Monday, May 19 to Friday, May 23;
    • Coffe breaks from Monday to Friday;
    • Participation fee.

Additional options

The participants can also add:

  • Welcome dinner on Monday, May 19 (80 euro)
  • Social dinner on Thursday, May 22 (65 euro)

No refunds will be granted.
