Registration

  • Abstract submission and registration for the conference are two different steps.
  • Registration is open and it will close on June 15th, 2026.
  • There is no obligation to submit an abstract for your registration to be effective.
  • To register for the conference please go to https://secure.onlinecongress.it/onlinecongress/preform.aspx?guid=8592420190615773596353292&language=2&clear=true and fill up all the information. The registration is handle by an external service run by ON THE GO. In case of problem you can contact them at sem@otg.agency and mention the name of the conference.
  • To submit an abstract please go to the participate page.
  • Please be aware that we did not authorize any external service (beside ON THE GO) to contact you, or to propose you hotel reservation or any other service.

Registration fees

The registration fee covers:

  • All lunches and coffee breaks
    • 3 Light lunches;
    • 5 Coffee breaks;
  • Welcome party on Monday evening;
  • Access to all sessions.

Registration (early-bird) from 15 January 2026 to 15 April 2026

  • IASC/ISI members: 410 EUR
  • Regular: 450 EUR
  • Students: 325 EUR – Reserved for students enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or Phd only.
  • Special Countries
    • Regular: 350 EUR
    • Students: 275 EUR

Registration (regular) from 16 April 2026 to 15 May 2026

  • IASC/ISI members: 450 EUR
  • Regular: 500 EUR
  • Students: 375 EUR – Reserved for students enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or Phd only.
  • Special Countries
    • Regular: 400 EUR
    • Students: 325 EUR

Registration (late) from 16 May 2026 to 15 June 2026, payment requested before 15 June 2026

  • IASC/ISI members: 525 EUR
  • Regular: 575 EUR
  • Students: 425 EUR – Reserved for students enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or Phd only.
  • Special Countries
    • Regular: 475 EUR
    • Students: 400 EUR

Additional options

The participants can also add

  • for guests: Welcome party on Monday, June 29 (30 EUR)
  • for themselves and guests: Social dinner on Tuesday, June 30 (40 EUR). This event is available for a maximum of 110 participants/guests. We will accept requests until we reach the limit on a first-come, first-served basis.

No refunds will be granted.
