Abstract
The seminar will shows the use of Mixed Effects Models in different application contexts. The estimation and inference procedures are illustrated using the R programming environment. During the seminar, several data sets will be illustrated together with a statistical problem, we recall the theoretical aspects and introduce the corresponding R code for both Linear and Generalized Linear Models.
